Manila, Philippines-- ATC Healthcare together with Fortune Pay Fintech Inc. turned over donations to Manila City Local Government Unit during the Awarding of Excellence and Flag ceremony held at the Bonifacio Shrine in Manila City on Monday, January 11, 2021.
Honorable Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno headed the Awarding of Excellence and flag ceremony in the Bonifacio Shrine. Vice Mayor Honey Lacuna, Local Government officials from different barangays, Manila City Police officials, ATC Healthcare CEO, and ATC Healthcare Vice President/Fortune Pay Fintech CEO attended the event.

The flag ceremony started with a prayer followed by the national anthem and the official song of the City of Manila. Mayor Isko Moreno's speech is about the country and the Filipinos challenging battle against the COVID-19. The speech was remarkable and powerfully ended with "mas matalino kayo sa virus, kaya nating talunin ito" as he vocally expresses his positive and encouraging words to the people during these unprecedented times.
